Can pre-made designs be customized or changed?
No, all pre-made designs will come as they are. If you like a specific but would like to add something it would be considered custom.
Do you have pre-made designs?
Yes. All designs are pre-made in custom order is started.
What is ready to ship?
Ready-to-ship garments are pre-made designs in standard sizes (XS-XL) that are NOT CUSTOM so shipping time is faster because the production process has already been done. All ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of order.
How do I request a color not on the website?
If you would like a color that’s not you can submit a request under the contact tab. Please state the name of the style you would like to be changed, upload a picture of the color, and contact info.
What is a custom garment?
A custom garment is a piece of clothing that is made to fit the specific measurements and preferences of an individual. It is designed and created by a designer based on the client's needs and inspiration.
Do I need to have a specific design in mind to get a custom garment made?
No, you don't necessarily need to have a specific design in mind to get a custom garment made. A designer will be able to work with you to create a design that meets your needs and preferences.
How do I book a consultation?
After you’ve filled out your custom form, I will reach out to you giving you an estimated price and a link to book an appointment. If interested, clients can secure their consultation appointment date and time by booking through the link.
All consultations require a NON-INCLUSIVE & NON-REFUNDABLE $25 FEE, the fee can be made via Cashapp or PayPal.
For all payments, if the fee is not paid within 24 hours of booking your spot will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled.

What is a consultation?
A consultation for a custom garment is a meeting or discussion between a client and a clothing designer or tailor to create a personalized piece of clothing that meets the client's specific needs and preferences.
Consultation Appointment process
45 min- 1-hour appointment
Go over design/sketch/ color/ style/ shape
Measurements are taken.
Fabrics are chosen.
A contract will be signed. (By both client and/or parent/guardian.)
50%-100% deposit/payment paid.
The percentage of deposit will vary depending on the prom date and demand for material.
Followed by receipt.
Answer any remaining questions.
Can I request changes to the design after the consultation?
Yes, you can request changes to the design after the consultation, but it may affect the timeline and cost of the garment. It's important to communicate any changes as soon as possible to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
How much does a custom garment cost?
The cost of a custom garment depends on several factors such as the complexity of the design, the type of fabric used, and the amount of time required to create the garment. Typically, custom garments are more expensive than ready-to-wear clothing due to the personalized attention and care that goes into creating them.

Prom customs start at $650
Birthday customs start at $350

What is included in a custom design?
⁃ Production of Garment (start to finish)
⁃ All Fabric
⁃ All trims and/or appliques
⁃ Two appointments and/or fittings
⁃ 1 Garment bag
⁃ NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
What is the payment process?
a deposit to be paid at the initial consultation, which will be between 50% to 100% of the total garment price.
The exact percentage of the deposit will be agreed upon by both parties.
The remaining balance of the garment price will be due at the first fitting appointment.
Once the deposit and the balance have been paid in full, the client will be able to take possession of the completed garment.
It is important to note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event that the client cancels the contract.
What is your return/exchange policy?
I do NOT accept returns or do any exchanges on any custom designs.
All other returns/exchanges must be approved and accepted once received. Shipping costs must be covered by the client.
What happens if I cancel my custom order?
If the client cancels the custom order or process of production for any reason, no refund for any prior deposits given to Chell'e Couture LLC By Aleiya Chell'e will be issued. Once the client has canceled an order, either by verbal or written communication, Chell'e Couture LLC by Aleiya Chell'e has the right to stop production of the order and use the garment, fabrics, or materials for company use.
What happens if you (the designer) cancel my custom order?
If the designer cancels the contract for any reason, all payments made by the client will be refunded in full.
How does the process take?
The creation process starting after the deposit has been paid take approximately 4-8 weeks, The length of time depends on the complexity of the design, the number of other design I have to create, and the shipping time of materials.
How many fittings are required for a custom garment?
The number of fittings required for a custom garment depends on the complexity of the design and the level of customization required. Typically, two to three fittings are required to ensure that the garment fits perfectly and meets the client's expectations.
What types of fabrics are available for custom garments?
A wide range of fabrics is available for custom garments, including sequin, velvet, silk, glitter, and spandex materials. The designer can provide advice on the best fabric for the desired style and function of the garment.
Do you ship designs?
Yes! I can ship to all 50 states and am willing to ship internationally.
If my event is in less than 4 weeks is that enough time for a custom design?
If your event is less than 4 weeks away, there will be a rush fee added to your garment price. Also, the garment must be paid in full in order for me to start the design process.
